Relief, Support, and Confidence for Your Pelvic Health

Living in your body should not feel confusing, painful, or limiting. Pelvic therapy helps you understand what your body is communicating, uncover patterns that may be contributing to your experience, and build practical strategies to help you feel more comfortable, confident, and connected in your daily life.

How Pelvic Therapy Can Help

Pelvic therapy isn't about giving you a long list of exercises and sending you on your way.

It's about understanding what your body is trying to tell you so you can move, exercise, recover, and feel more at home in your body.

What Even Is Pelvic Therapy And Is It Scary?

Pelvic floor therapy is about understanding how your body works as a whole. Your pelvic floor works together with your breathing, core, nervous system, movement patterns, hormones, and daily routines. When something feels off, the answer is not always as simple as "just do more Kegels."

Together, we look at what your body is communicating, explore what may be contributing to your symptoms or challenges, and create practical strategies that help you feel more comfortable, confident, and connected.

And no, pelvic therapy does not have to be scary.

You are always in control of your care. We prioritize your comfort, autonomy, and consent every step of the way. I will explain what we are doing, answer your questions, and follow your lead while bringing my expertise to help guide the process.

Depending on your goals and comfort level, sessions may include things like:

  • Learning how your breathing, core, and pelvic floor work together

  • Movement and exercise strategies

  • Hands-on techniques (with your consent)

  • Education and tools you can use in everyday life

  • Exploring ways to feel more confident and connected in your body

Your body is not something to be fixed or judged. It is something to explore, understand, and get curious about!
