You are not alone.

Your body is talking. Let's figure out what it's trying to say.
You know something doesn't feel quite right, even if you've been told it's "normal."
Whether you're dealing with bladder leaks, pelvic pain, painful periods, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or you just don't feel connected to your core anymore, you deserve answers that make sense and care that looks at the whole picture.
Together, we'll help you understand what's happening, feel more at home in your body, and get back to living the life you want.
Care That Looks At The Whole Picture
Your body is not a collection of separate parts.
Your pelvic floor works together with your breathing, core, nervous system, movement patterns, hormones, stress, support system, and daily routines.
That is why pelvic therapy is not just about treating a symptom. We take the time to understand what is happening, why it may be happening, and what strategies will actually work for your life.
The goal isn't to fight against your body. It's to become curious about it. Your body is always communicating with you. Together, we’ll learn how to listen, understand, and respond with confidence.
You are more than your symptoms
Your experiences, routines, goals, and concerns all matter. We look at the whole picture, not just one body part.
You deserve to "get" your body
You won't leave wondering, "What did we even do?" Learn what is happening and why your treatment plan makes sense.
Practical strategies for your real life
Your plan will fit into your actual life, whether that means caring for kids, training for a race, preparing for birth, or managing busy days.
A partnership, not a prescription
You know your body best. Together, we create a plan that feels right for you.
Meet Your Therapist

Hi, I’m Natalie! I’m an occupational therapist turned pelvic health nerd, educator, and big believer that understanding your body can change everything.
Since becoming an OT in 2009, I’ve always been drawn to the functional side of healthcare: the real-life stuff. Not just “can you do this perfectly?” but “how does this actually fit into your life?” Because life is messy, bodies are complicated, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to feeling better.
My path into pelvic health started after seeing firsthand how little support many women receive during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. I quickly realized pelvic therapy was the perfect blend of everything I love about OT: movement, body awareness, nervous system connection, education, and helping people feel confident in their own bodies.
Today, I combine my background as an OT with specialized pelvic health training to help people understand what their body is communicating and create practical strategies that work for their real lives.
Whether I’m working with someone preparing for birth, recovering after surgery, navigating pelvic symptoms, or helping a tween understand her changing body, my goal is always the same: create a space where you feel supported, informed, and empowered.
Natalie’s Training Includes:
Occupational Therapist (OT) since 2009
Pelvic Health Practitioner Training (Level 1)
