Big things are happening, and we couldn’t wait to share a little sneak peek with you! mighty mOThers has grown into something even more connected, inclusive, and empowering.

When we started mighty mOThers, our focus was on helping moms thrive through pregnancy and postpartum. As our community grew, so did the questions, requests, and ways people wanted support. We listened and evolved right alongside.

Meet Core + Flow.

Core + Flow builds on everything we’ve always stood for: destigmatizing the challenges of uterus-hood and providing information, tools, and practical strategies to help people thrive in life. Now we support women, girls, and people with uteruses across the lifespan, from guiding a tween through her first cycle or helping with common but often taboo challenges like nighttime wetting, to helping a new parent regain confidence in her body, to providing practical strategies for navigating perimenopause and beyond. Our mission is to help you feel informed, empowered, and at home in your body, no matter where you are on your journey.

Here’s a glimpse of what’s coming:

• A fresh new look for our website with easier access to workshops, 1:1 pelvic therapy, mini classes, and resources

• More 1:1 traveling/in-home therapy services, including pelvic health for tweens and teens

• Expanded period resources for tweens and adults, updated regularly

• Our highly requested In The Flow workshop, covering perimenopause, period products, and pelvic health

• Mini, recorded classes coming soon (like Periods 101 For Dads, and Get Ready for the Gyno for teens and tweens)
