About the event
EmpowerHer: Tween Period Confidence + Care is an interactive workshop designed for moms (or trusted female adults) and their daughters (ages 8–11). Together, we’ll learn what to expect with periods, build confidence, and explore practical ways to prepare for the transition into puberty. This guided, supportive session creates space for connection, questions, and care, so girls feel ready, and adults feel equipped.
Host Perks & How It Works
Pick Your Dates: After signing up and paying your $20 host fee, you’ll receive a form to choose your top 3 preferred dates.
Confirm Your Workshop: We’ll give you a quick call to confirm your chosen date.
Invite Your Friends: Once your date is set, share your invite link and help get at least 4 adult + daughter pairs to join. The more friends, the more fun and perks for you!

Host Adult + Tween Ticket
Covers 1 hosting adult + 1 daughter (ages 8–11). The $20 host fee secures your spot and gives you and your daughter the full workshop experience at a special rate just for hosting!
