About the event
Raising Period-Ready Girls is an interactive workshop designed for moms and their daughters (ages 8–11). Together, we’ll learn what to expect with periods, build confidence, and explore practical ways to prepare for the transition into puberty. This guided, supportive session creates space for connection, questions, and care, so girls feel ready, and moms feel equipped.
